My path into psychotherapy wasn’t a straight line, but looking back, it always led here.
I began my career with a degree in Human Resources from NCI and spent 23 years working with RehabCare, first as a carer and later as a team leader. I supported individuals and families facing complex conditions like MND, MS, Parkinson’s, Autism, ADHD, Schizophrenia and others. These years shaped my belief in people’s resilience and taught me how to offer care with dignity and compassion.
In 2020, I began pursuing my long-held dream of becoming a psychotherapist. I completed an Honours BA in Counselling and Psychotherapy at DBS in 2025 and am now a pre-accredited member of the IACP.
Since 2023, I’ve worked in clinical settings such as BACC and KCCP, supporting adults from diverse cultural backgrounds — including students, professionals, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people in addiction recovery.
I work one-to-one with adults (18+) both online and in person at Bath Avenue Counselling Services in Sandymount. I offer therapy in English, Lithuanian, and Russian.
My approach is humanistic and integrative. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, CBT, existential and solution-focused methods — always adapting to what feels most supportive for each individual. I’m also a psychedelic-informed therapist with a culturally curious and open-minded perspective.

In my work, I bring not only professional experience but also personal insight. I grew up in Lithuania during the collapse of the Soviet Union and have lived through immigration, complex family dynamics, estrangement, single parenting, and serious illness. These experiences allow me to sit with others with compassion, depth, and authenticity.
I’m deeply moved by every client’s story and honoured to be part of their therapeutic journey. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or need a space to explore, you are welcome just as you are.
